I was surprised to see just how much I kicked butt on Thursday after uploading data from my Garmin to the Garmin Connect site today. Of course, I immediately realized I left my GPS “on” in my gym bag after a short, easy run near the gym. But man, if I could post these numbers for real, well, I probably wouldn’t be human. I’d probably be a beat up 1998 Chevy pick-up truck.

Yeah, I ran a 62 mile route last weekend. Well, I ran 5, and drove 57 before realizing the mistake. If only I could run that fast…
Ha! I think you need to get your Garmin recalibrated though. Had you run 80 miles, there’s NO WAY it would have only been 3,000 calories.
I didn’t even think of that. Could you imagine how many cheeseburgers I could eat guilt free if I did run that far?
